We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Inclusion and Pastoral Support Officer to join our oversubscribed school in Reigate, Surrey. You will be supporting the work of the school in raising the achievement and aspirations of vulnerable students.
Reigate School has an outstanding team of staff working together to ensure our children have the opportunity to excel in all areas of the curriculum. Staff are supported by a Trust, Governing Body and Senior Leadership Team who all value the contribution made by every member of staff.
The successful candidate will:
- have a passion to support vulnerable students to achieve success
- have good communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, children and stakeholders;
- work proactively and organise and prioritise own work schedule
- act as a positive role more to staff and students
- be committed to being involved in our school community
- have the ability to deal with sensitive situations and confidential information.

This is a term time role working Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 4.00pm, 36 hours per week over 39 weeks per annum. The full time equivalent annual salary is £26,777-28,686 (pro rata £23,036-24,678).
